**PLUTUS VAULT SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

1. **Services**: PLUTUS ("We","Us" or "Our") offers the VAULT Services ("Services") to customers ("You","Your"). Our Services include secure storage, insurance, and certification for luxury items purchased directly from us. 

2. **Eligibility**: Our Services are available to customers who purchase luxury items from us directly and have been granted a VAULT token.

3. **Storage and Access**: We store Your item in our VAULT for free as long as you hold the VAULT token associated with the item. You can redeem Your item at any time or choose to resell Your item through our VAULT Services.

4. **Liability**: While we take utmost care in the storage of Your items, we are not liable for damage, theft, or loss unless it directly results from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the item as at the time of purchase from us.

5. **Insurance**: We provide insurance for Your items during their storage in our VAULT. Please refer to our separate Insurance Policy for further details.

6. **Reselling**: If you choose to resell Your item through our Services, additional terms and conditions will apply. Please refer to our Resale Terms for more details.

7. **Termination**: We reserve the right to terminate Your VAULT token and Services if You breach these terms and conditions, misuse our Services, or for other significant reasons as determined by us.

8. **Changes**: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify You of any significant changes.

9. **Disputes**: Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

[1] PAYMENT

At PLUTUS, you can purchase products from top partners and vendors from around the world that our team has selected. The price of the product is determined by each partner, and the price of the same item may vary depending on where it's coming from and your location, due to customs and other taxes. That's also why placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist won't reserve it at a particular price.

To view the most accurate prices, you can contact us by informing us of your delivery destination.

When will I be charged?

If you pay by debit card, credit card, PayPal or cryptocurrency, PLUTUS (or its affiliates as applicable) will take payment when you place your order.

※Payment will be made when the order number is issued. Please take into account the cut-off date of the bank considering the payment will be made overseas.

[2] RETURN POLICY

At PLUTUS, we do not offer a "Return Policy".

We allow returns of items EXCLUSIVELY in case of damaged goods prior to shipping, which allows you to return your items within 14 days of the date of arrival of the product. In case of damages due to shipping, PLUTUS and its partners will waive any responsibility and/or liability to the shipping company.

[3] TRACKING AN ORDER

As soon as the shipment is completed, we will email you the tracking number and the expected delivery date of your purchased item.

We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.

About InvoicesIn order to make shopping more sustainable, PLUTUS aims to make invoicing paperless. You can review invoices from your PLUTUS Members’ account, and with each purchase we will send a summary invoice via email.What is the invoice for multiple vendors?A separate invoice will be issued for each vendor.Delivery informationYou can choose the shipping method and shipping cost on the checkout screen during the purchase process.According to the shipping location, we will use the appropriate delivery service. You can also specify the delivery date on the shipping company's website using the tracking number that you will be notified after the shipment.Depending on the delivery address, the delivery company designated by each delivery company may deliver the product after arrival in your designated Country.Whether you order from one or more vendors, shipping charges will apply depending on the shipping method.The shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before the order is confirmed.Delivery days after shipping is ready:Standard Delivery (International delivery) - 5-14 business daysWe will deliver it in the most efficient and secure route. Please consider the number of days it takes to deliver the product as a guide.
